The Lead Generation Specialist would be responsible for assuring the quality of any MQL according to a given script and questionnaire and process it to the assigned Key Account Manager to proceed with the lead in a sales funnel practice.

Responsibilities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for inbound leads.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls that come from our marketing activities and managing them to our database.
  • Outbound marketing activities should be done as cold-calling and emailing to reach out to potential clients to offer information about our services that might be of use to them.
  • Qualifying and rating MQLs via phone, live chat, and email – with the ultimate goal of passing qualified leads (SQLs) to the sales team efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately record information and details of correspondence in our CRM system.
  • Working within the guidelines provided at all times effectively and efficiently.
  • Understanding our solutions and how they serve our customers’ needs- including features, benefits, and key use case scenarios.
  • Reporting to direct management to improve the lead qualifying processes and monetization as well.
Requirements
  • Full awareness of the following disciplines: (MUST): (Cloud Services, Marketing automation solutions, Digital solutions, Software projects, and Saas)
  • Stellar ability to multi-task with email management, phone, and live chat communication with prospects.
  • Active listener
  • Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice
  • Communication styles understanding and management with proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasking ability and working effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well cross-functionally within different teams
  • Aggressive probing nature.
  • Sales process understanding.
  • Time management and personal planning
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer science, or a related field.
